Welcome to those who would love to experience bringing your mind, body, spirit into more of a state of balance.  The body has an innate way to heal, balance, and experience your own authenticity.  

I am  specialized in John  Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy, John Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent . My experience as a Reiki Master and combination of these approaches allows me to facilitate the energy for you to allow your body to express whatever, however it needs to become more balanced.  You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the techniques I incorporate into a treatment.
